Executive Summary
For over 20 years, Progressive Expert Consulting (PEC) has pioneered concepts to provide both synchronous and asynchronous training with the full capability of in-person learning, all within a virtual setting.
In 2003, PEC worked with the Department of Defense to develop SOFTS, the Special Operations Forces Teletraining System for USSOCOM. SOFTS is currently the longest functioning Virtual School in the DOD.
In 2013, PEC also created the Air Force eMentor Language Program, which is the virtual school platform of the Language Enabled Airman Program (LEAP).

vConnect provides the virtual meeting and class collaboration infrastructure that PEC's Virtual School is built upon. The platform meets the stringent requirements for high-level security required by their government and military clients.
Their video training and collaboration platform has non-cloud, on-premises scalability. To ensure client identities remain protected and confidential, PEC runs their Virtual School on their own infrastructure.
PEC also controls everything for the use — from top level video and audio controls, security of the meeting rooms, right down to the control of devices utilized on each workstation.
