PEC was incorporated in 1990 and is a certified Small, Minority, Women’s Business Enterprise (SBE/MBE/WBE) recognized by the Small Business Administration (SBA), the City of Syracuse, and the State of New York. The company holds GSA contracts and was twice awarded for superior performance as Blue Ribbon Contractors (BRCA). President Betty Feng, was awarded ‘Business Person of the Year” by the SBA District Office in Syracuse, NY and PEC has enjoyed many productive partnerships with area businesses.

PEC also has received the TACNY award from the Technology Alliance of Central New York for Project Implentation during the IDEAtel project.
